Witthus Neue Bergstraße Apartment 14 - Witthus I

We welcome you to Witthus I, Apartment 14. The apartment is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its restaurants and boutiques, are just a short walk away.
This two-room vacation apartment is located on the third floor and can accommodate two adults and one child.
You can easily reach the apartment by elevator or by stairs. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the open-concept living and kitchen area. The bright and inviting living area features a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), a color TV, and a dining area for four people. From here, you can also step out onto the southwest-facing balcony. The kitchenette, equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, and filter coffee maker, has everything you could need.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with separate mattresses, and there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This apartment does not have Wi-Fi!
You’ll find a parking space in the underground garage, as well as a bicycle parking area. A passenger elevator is available in the building.
There is a bicycle storage room in the building. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.



This vacation home is located just 2 minutes from the beach in a traffic-calmed zone. Cafes, cozy restaurants, and the newly redesigned promenade are just a few steps away. The quiet residential complex is another guarantee of a relaxing vacation. An elevator takes you comfortably to the cozy 2-room apartments. The light-filled apartments are warmly furnished and feature a beautiful south/west-facing balcony. Underground parking spaces are available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building.
