The sea and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are only about 150 meters from the villa. Numerous cafes and restaurants await you about 200 meters away along the Scharbeutz Dune Mile. The villa offers you high-quality, fully furnished apartments, a high-quality underground parking garage, a lockable bike storage room, an elevator that takes you directly from the underground parking garage to your floor, as well as a laundry and drying room with coin-operated washer and dryer. You’ll find a state-of-the-art, well-maintained, and clean complex for the most beautiful weeks of the year.

The Baltic Sea beach is only about 150 meters away, and the Scharbeutz Dune Mile—with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and boutiques—is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 people aged 25 and older:

This high-quality, modern apartment on the 2nd floor was newly built in 2020 and offers every comfort for a relaxing vacation in its 55 m² of space. The light-filled living room features a modern convertible sofa that can be transformed into a recliner in just a few simple steps. The living room includes an LED/smart TV (Netflix available) and a Sonoro music system, and the bedroom features an LED/smart TV (Netflix available). The south/west-facing balcony, equipped with an awning, features balcony furniture available from Easter through the end of October.

The integrated open kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle are provided. The refrigerator has a freezer compartment.
The open living area features a dining table for 2 people.
The bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), has a second smart TV.
The walk-in closet is equipped with a very spacious wardrobe as well as an ironing board and iron.

In the shower room with toilet, you can refresh yourself with the spacious rain shower; a heated towel rack and a hair dryer are also provided.
The entire apartment features underfloor heating. The windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds.
A parking space for your car is available in the building’s underground garage.
There is also a room in the basement for storing your bicycles. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
You can access the apartment from all levels via an elevator. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
Non-smoking apartment. Smokers are welcome to use the balcony; pets are not allowed!
During the 2026 season (May 15 through September 15, inclusive), a beach chair will be available for you at the nearby beach, inviting you to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach.
