This unique 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring a spacious terrace, has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. <br>It is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and is located just a few steps from the beach and the spa gardens. <br><br>The apartment features a modern and cozy kitchen-living room with a dining area for 6 people, equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and many extras, including 3 flat-screen TVs. <br><br>The cozy living and bedroom area features hardwood flooring. <br>A comfortable sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm) and a cozy sitting area create a pleasant atmosphere in the living space, which is adjacent to a walk-in closet. <br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame. From there, you can access the luxurious bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet. A complimentary toiletries set consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap is provided. <br>Bed linens and towels are included in the price. <br><br>For added comfort, bathrobes and terry cloth slippers are provided exclusively for you.<br>Of course, Wi-Fi is available for you to use free of charge.<br><br>During the 2026 season, from May 15 to September 15, you can enjoy the sun on the beach in a beach chair (at Grande Beach) free of charge. <br><br>There is a parking space right next to the house. <br>One dog is welcome!<br>This is a non-smoking apartment. <br><br>Barbecues are permitted only with an electric grill. <br>Sunshades are installed on all windows. <br>Prices are based on 2 guests; each additional guest pays 10 euros per day. <br>You’re welcome to book the adjacent apartment as well—please feel free to contact us about it.<br>The lawns around the house are communal property, purely “ornamental,” and may not be used!!!!<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> Villa Schöneck is located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in an absolutely quiet yet central location. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Es ist super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es hat alles was es braucht um einen tollen Urlaub an der Ostsee zu geniessen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattet mit allem. Sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis mit drin. Das spart schon mal viel Platz beim Gepäck. Wir buchen schon lange bei Heike Wongel und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Aber diese Wohnung werden wir bestimmt nochmal buchen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Mängeln wird sich meist am gleichen Tag drum gekümmert. Alles in allem eine sehr gut ausgestattete und gut gelegene Wohnung. Am meisten hat uns der Austausch der Couch im Wohnzimmer gefreut.
