Welcome to the Strandvilla, Apartment 13!
A comfortable 2-room apartment awaits you on the 1st floor, featuring a side sea view from the southeast-facing balcony and accommodating up to 3 people. Enjoy the sound of the sea!

The nautical-themed living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, a beautiful wall unit, a dining area for 4 people, and the lovely southeast-facing balcony with seating and a side view of the sea, is perfect for complete relaxation. The LCD TV with cable TV and Blu-ray player, the stereo radio, the telephone, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience.
The open kitchenette with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Senseo pod machine all contribute to this.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and carefully selected decor, lets you unwind at night.
The spacious shower room with a toilet, plenty of storage space, and great lighting is also available.

There is an elevator in the building. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin-operated fee.

For the 2026 season, a beach chair is available free of charge from May 15 to09.am.

Parking space in the underground garage (height 1.90 m). This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The distance to the beach is 20 meters.



This comfortable apartment building is just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. It invites you to enjoy a truly special vacation. Most apartments offer a direct view of the sea. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the new Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), a bicycle storage room, as well as outdoor and underground parking spaces.
