The lower level features a well-equipped, separate kitchen-living room with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, flat-screen TV, and a large dining area. The balcony is accessible from here. The cozy living room, furnished with new seating and a sleeper sofa (for 1 person), features a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi with unlimited data, and a telephone. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. From the living room, a narrow spiral staircase leads to the attic with an open loft area, 2 single beds, and a TV (no private channels). Behind this is the second separate bedroom with a double bed and a TV.
The apartment includes one underground parking space. There is no bicycle storage available in this complex.

Strandschlösschen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Ostsee, in einer schönen, zentralen Lage. Abzugspunkte gibt es definitiv für das dreckige Besteck und Geschirr. Da sollte bei der Endreinigung nochmals gründlicher überprüft werden. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen. Ich habe einen tollen Geburtstag hier verbracht.
