The inviting living area, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful balcony with seating, along with a magnificent view of Lübeck Bay, is perfect for complete relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and Wi-Fi access enhances this experience.
The modern kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker, ensures a stress-free cooking experience.

There is a modern bakery right in the building that serves breakfast and offers a view of the sea, and there are various cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All apartments are easily accessible via the passenger elevator (dimensions: 0.75 m x 0.80 m). For even more views of the sea and coastline, the building features four side balconies as well as a large, furnished rooftop sun terrace!
