This bright and modern 2-room apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation in Scharbeutz.

An elevator provides convenient access from the underground parking space to your vacation apartment. There you’ll find an exclusive living/sleeping area with a high-quality sofa bed for two people, a dining area for four people, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a pod coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster.

For your entertainment, you’ll find a large, swiveling flat-screen TV, free access to the online video library, all Sky TV packages available at no extra charge, a Bose SoundTouch system, and a home theater system with a Blu-ray player and Bluetooth connectivity. You have free Wi-Fi access in all rooms.

In the nautically themed bedroom, you’ll find a large and cozy double bed and another flat-screen TV. The beautiful and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower features a washing machine, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack.

On the spacious 32 m² south/west-facing terrace, you can wind down after a day at the beach in the evening sun. Thanks to its flexible mount, the flat-screen TV from the living area can also be used on the terrace. Bicycles, handcarts, and beach toys can be safely stored in the separate basement room. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and electric exterior shutters. To ensure it stays cozy and warm even on colder days, all rooms feature underfloor heating.

Thanks to the ideal location, you’re just a few steps (less than 100 meters) away from the beautiful promenade, the beach, or the spa gardens with a large children’s playground and plenty of recreational opportunities. There, you can unwind and relax however you like—whether with a coffee, ice cream, a nice meal, or some shopping.

This modern Strandglück House B apartment complex was completed in the summer of 2013. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground garage spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
