This comfortable 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 2nd floor with a west-facing balcony in Building B (Strandglück), was completed in the spring of 2013. The elevator provides convenient access to the 2nd floor. It features a tastefully decorated living-dining area with a modern corner sofa, cable TV, hi-fi/CD and DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area that seats 5 people. The modern, built-in kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven, makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress); in the second bedroom, two bunk beds—one of which has a pull-out section that converts to a double bed—ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with a towel dryer and washing machine rounds out the apartment. An underground parking space is available (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m). A seasonal beach chair on the beach is included for the 2026 season (May 15–September 15). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
