This modern 3-room apartment, equipped with a new kitchenette (November 2023), is centrally located in Scharbeutz, just 250 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the Dünenmeile. Many recreational and shopping options (including tennis courts, playgrounds, a mini-golf course, and bike rentals), as well as various restaurants, cafés, and shopping destinations, are within walking distance and can be reached very quickly.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and spans two levels, featuring a living-dining area and a beautiful south-facing balcony with an awning on the lower level, as well as two bedrooms on the upper level.

The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth Bose speaker, and an outlet with USB ports (suitable for charging cell phones). In addition to the dining area for 4 people, there is a new, very well-equipped kitchenette (installed in November 2023) featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cutlery, glasses, and dishes.
The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and heated floors is also located on the lower level.

A staircase leads to the upper level, which features a spacious bedroom with a wide, high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), height 60 cm, a second flat-screen TV, and another bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m), height 50 cm, as well as a guest restroom. The apartment features hardwood floors and tile flooring and is also suitable for families with small children, as a safety gate can easily be placed in front of the stairs on the upper level.


A seasonal beach chair (May 15– 15.09.26) is included for the 2026 season.


A bicycle storage room and a parking space are available to guests. This is a non-smoking apartment.
