The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a selection of cutlery, glasses, and dishes. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful terrace, bordered by a hedge, featuring an awning, a table with 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the lower level, which features a spacious bedroom with a wide, high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, one-piece mattress) and a second flat-screen TV. This bedroom leads to another bedroom with a bunk bed and a closet. There is a safe in the closet of the large bedroom.

The modern shower room with a toilet and heated floors is also located on the lower level.

A bicycle storage room and a parking space are available to guests. This is a non-smoking apartment.
