The apartment is on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The south-facing balcony with an electric awning is perfect for enjoying sunny days. The apartment features a modern living-dining area with a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a Netflix account, and a dining area for two people. A small kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and an electric milk frother is also included. In the semi-open bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm with two single mattresses) and another flat-screen TV. The living-bedroom can be darkened with an opaque curtain. The en suite bathroom with shower and toilet includes a hair dryer. The building features a small wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. You can relax here for free on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 PM. Super Strandlage, Wohnung: diese nicht nochmal

Frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung in super Strandlage, allerdings für den Preis mehr erwartet! Altes Bad mit nicht ausreichendem Licht, fehlende Steckdosen am Bett obwohl Lampen vorhanden! Leider kein Meerblick! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage viel zu eng!
