Welcome to the Möwenberg Residenz.
This modern, bright 2-room apartment—freshly renovated in 2024—is located in the heart of Scharbeutz, on the first floor with a terrace. The spa park and the fine-sand beaches of the Baltic Sea are just 300 meters away, a short walk from the apartment. The terrace faces south and is equipped with a hanging chair, two lounge chairs, a parasol, and a dining area for four people.
The spacious living area features a cozy sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters. A large smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system provide entertainment here. The spacious dining area seats up to 4 people. Adjacent to this is the kitchenette, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired.
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable box-spring bed with a full-length topper (1.80 x 2.00 m). A second Smart TV and a spacious closet are also found here.
The newly renovated shower room features a showerhead plus rain shower, an anti-fog mirror, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
A bicycle storage room and a washer and dryer (for a fee) are located in the building. An outdoor parking space for one car is available. This is a non-smoking apartment where one dog is allowed. Dogs on a leash may use the lawn area in front of the terrace.
