Centrally located in Scharbeutz, this modern, high-end 3-room apartment is spread over two levels and features a south/east-facing balcony on the 2nd floor. It’s the perfect place for four people to enjoy a carefree vacation. The spacious living-dining area features a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with new appliances and a dining area for four people. A staircase leads to the upper bedroom with a double bed measuring 2.00 x 2.00 m. The second bedroom was refurnished in 2019 and is equipped with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m and a wardrobe. The luxuriously furnished bathroom features a shower and toilet.
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as a bicycle storage room, are located in the building’s basement and are accessible only via a staircase. A parking space next to the building is included with the apartment. Use of the radiant heater costs 5.00 euros per day!
