This new, high-end 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor, right next to the spa gardens. In just a few steps, you can reach the beach promenade with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the fine-sand beach. This is especially convenient for children, as there’s no need to cross any streets. You can easily reach the apartment from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Barrier-free access to the building is available via a ramp.
Through a door separated from the hallway by glass panels, you enter the open and bright living/dining area. This area features two high-quality taupe-colored leather sofas, light-colored furniture accented with anthracite, a 46-inch Full HD flat-screen TV with Smart TV, DVD, and Blu-ray player, a stereo system with Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, a CD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi internet access.
A large dining table with a modern bench and three chairs invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. The white high-gloss kitchen offers everything you need to make your vacation as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Among other things, you’ll find a quiet dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a WMF coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle, and much more. From the living/dining area, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with teak furniture and a parasol.
Through the spacious hallway, which features a coat closet and a bench, you’ll reach the two bedrooms. The larger bedroom features a spacious closet, a double bed (180x200), nightstands, a club chair, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom has two single beds (80x200), nightstands, and a high-quality closet. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the entire apartment is equipped with exterior roller shutters that, if desired, provide complete darkness. In addition, all windows have insect screens.
The bathroom, as well as the separate guest restroom, is equipped with high-quality mosaic tiles, underfloor heating, and heated towel racks. The family bathroom also features a floor-to-ceiling shower with glass doors, a bench, a washing machine, and a condenser dryer.
The entire apartment is fitted with low-maintenance designer flooring. In addition to underground parking space No. 14, a bicycle storage room is also available for use (both included).

Dogs are welcome! There is no extra charge for the dog. By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Scharbeutz. From October 1 through March 31, you may take your dog to any beach along the entire Baltic Sea coast. Non-smoking apartment.
