Schöne kleine Whg fĂŒr 2 Personen und Hund. Super ruhig im Haus, der Blick vom Balkon ins unbaute GrĂŒne beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck oder Abends ist toll. Netter Kontakt und problemloser Check-in mit SchlĂŒsseltressor. Wir hatten FahrrĂ€der mit und so war alles schnell zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war fĂŒr mich und mein Kind vollkommen ausreichend. Super ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Weg zum Strand mit etwa 1,2 km auch schnell gelaufen. Die Treppe ist wirklich mit Vorsicht zu genießen, nichts fĂŒr ganz kleine Kinder oder Personen, die Schwierigkeiten im Bewegungsablauf haben. Meine Tochter (6) ist im Sitzen Stufe fĂŒr Stufe runtergerutscht und ich bin rĂŒckwĂ€rts runter, wie bei einer Leiter, weil sie wirklich steil ist. Außerdem ist oben im Schlafbereich kein Feuermeldet installiert (lediglich eine leere Halterung?)

Nicht fĂŒr 3 Personen geeignet

Eigentlich ganz nette Wohnung, Jedoch liegt das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett eine steile Holztreppe höher unter dem Dach mit geringer Kopfhöhe. Ein Bett fĂŒr eine 3. Person war leider nicht vorhanden. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist etwas gruselig und geruchsintensiv. Den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen dauert ein wenig. Schönes Badezimmer und KĂŒchenzeile ist in Ordnung. Anmerkungen werden aber vom Hausmeister nicht weitergegeben. Zusammenfassend: FĂŒr 2 (junge) Personen mit geringem Budget ist die Wohnung gut.

Klein aber fein

Saubere schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Strand ist gut sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuss als kleiner Spaziergang erreichbar. Pkw Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Vielleicht sollte eine kurze Info in die Anzeige ĂŒber die steile Treppe ins Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Am vorletzten Tag haben Baggerarbeiten begonnen. Vielleicht wĂ€re eine kleine Info seitens des Gastgebers vorab schön gewesen. (Es hing aber ein Aushang im Flur im Eingangsbereich).

Gute Wohnung, mit allem, was man braucht.

Super Lage, wenn man mit Ebikes reist. In nur etwa 3, 4 Minuten ist man damit am Strand. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön.

Leider wurde die Ferienwohnung direkt nebenan renoviert. Dadurch wurde der Baustaub im ganzen Haus verteilt. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr Menschen mit Behinderung nicht geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist nur ĂŒber eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Sehr sauber und nette Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. KĂŒche etwas sparsam, hat aber alles gepasst. Das alte Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Schade fand ich das es keine Fotos von der steilen Treppe die zum Schlafzimmer fĂŒhrt angegeben war, bzw. die Deckenhöhe im Schlafzimmer nur 1,80m betrĂ€gt. Trotz alledem haben wir uns sehr gut erholt, sehr ruhige Lage, man ist schnell mit den FahrrĂ€dern, die man sicher im Schuppen unterstellen konnte, schnell zum Einkaufen oder am Strand. Interessant, der See mit der Obstbaumwiese... wenn es dort blĂŒht und die Bienen dort ganz aktive sind. Waren schöne Tage dort.

Sehr erholsam

Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber, durch Ausstattung gut, wenn auch im Bezug auf die Kochutensilien eher simpel. Der Hausmeister wohnt in einer Dauerwohnung mit im Haus und tatsĂ€chlich sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein (von uns selbst verursachtes) Problem gibt. Die Lage ist jedoch schon etwas weg vom 'Stadtkern' des kleinen Scharbeutz, aber dafĂŒr ist es halt auch sehr gĂŒnstig.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Ă€lteren GebĂ€ude, was man z.B. am Badezimmer sieht, es ist aber alles sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon, von dem man einen schönen Blick auf den Wennsee hat und die ruhige Lage. Zum Schlafzimmer geht eine steile Treppe hoch, dort ist die Raumhöhe etwas niedrig ( ca.1,8 m). FahrrĂ€der sind sehr praktisch, zu Fuß ist es doch etwas weit zum Strand. SchlĂŒssselĂŒbergabe hat mit SchlĂŒsseltresor super geklappt.
