Welcome to the “Sonnensegel” apartment in the newly built apartment building, set to open in August 2023, in the heart of Haffkrug. Awaiting you on the 2nd floor is a modern apartment, filled with charm and lovingly designed, featuring two balconies. One faces directly toward the sea, and the other faces west, where you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

The bright, light-filled living/dining room features a cozy couch with a large flat-screen TV, leading out to the spacious, furnished balcony with a stunning ocean view.
The built-in kitchenette has everything you need, from breakfast to dinner. It naturally includes a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven round out the amenities.
Adjacent to the stylish bedroom—which features a comfortable box-spring bed and a wardrobe—is the second furnished balcony facing west, offering a view of the well-maintained Haffwiesen spa park, which promises a romantic atmosphere in the evening thanks to its lighting. This bedroom features a second TV.
The second bedroom, with another double bed, is located next to the living room and also opens onto the beautiful balcony with a sea view.

The modern, interior bathroom with a toilet and sink features a comfortable, walk-in shower, as well as a towel warmer and a cosmetic mirror.
A parking space is available behind the house. Dogs are allowed upon request!
