A spacious semi-detached home in a dreamlike setting awaits you. With 160 m² of living space, including a large living and dining area, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—perfect for a relaxing vacation with the whole family or friends (for up to 6 people).

On the first floor, accessible from the parking area, you’ll find a light-filled bedroom with a modern box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. A large hallway with a coat rack and a spacious closet leads to a modern bathroom with a toilet and an extra-large, walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which also offers a ground-level entrance via the terrace from the access road side, as the house is situated on a gentle slope.
On this floor, you’ll find the modern living and dining area with a stylish kitchenette. The motto here is “small but nice”—in addition to its ultra-modern look, this kitchen offers every convenience. In addition to an induction cooktop with a Bora range hood and oven, there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The Nespresso machine, the drip coffee maker, the electric kettle, and the toaster round out the amenities and leave nothing to be desired.
The modern sofa area, featuring high-quality leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV, along with the wonderful dining set—comprising a bench and four additional chairs—promises cozy evenings of fine dining and relaxation.
On this middle floor, you’ll find a guest restroom as well as another bedroom with a box-spring bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and its own adjoining shower room. Here, too, there’s a spacious, walk-in shower.
Another flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a large, modern bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this level is also very spacious and features not only another large, walk-in shower but also a bathtub. Another small cozy room with a desk and a couch is the ideal retreat for a relaxing hour of reading or catching up on emails. A washing machine, as well as a crib with a separate mattress and a high chair, are available to you free of charge

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces available at the house.



This modern new building in Scharbeutz is divided into 2 semi-detached units, each of which forms its own living unit, but which can also be booked together. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, are within easy walking distance. The same applies to the Kurpark, with its large adventure playground and beautiful mini-golf course.
