Augustushof House, Apartment No. 13:

This bright and cheerfully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a very central location, right on Seestraße, and measures 47 m². It is equipped for 2 adults and one child and features a south-facing balcony where you can enjoy a comfortable breakfast in the morning.
The living room features a bright, cozy sofa set and a sleeper chair for one person (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a small dining area for 3 people, and a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A desk is also ideal for working from home. Of course, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. In the bright bedroom, you’ll find a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet for storing clothes.
A parking space is included with the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment where dogs are welcome.
A lockable basement storage room is also included with the apartment, so bicycles can be stored separately rather than in the communal basement.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room; detergent is available from the building superintendent every Monday and Tuesday.
