A parking space is available free of charge at the building.

Welcome to Ahornweg 2, near the beach

This beautiful 3-room duplex apartment for 2–4 people in Scharbeutz, featuring a large southeast-facing balcony, is located in a quiet area close to the beach. The apartment has laminate flooring throughout. You reach the apartment by climbing several steps.


On the lower level, there is a cozy living-dining area for 4 people with a TV, stereo system, and DVD player. A small, semi-open built-in kitchen with an oven and a brightly tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink are also located on the lower level.

On the upper level, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m and 160 x 2.00 m), as well as a guest restroom. The staircase is protected by a safety gate at both the bottom and top.

A free parking space is available right in front of the house for your car, and of course, a beloved dog is welcome to join you on your trip. A quick note about technology: There’s no Wi-Fi here, which gives you the chance to fully immerse yourself in a simple, analog lifestyle and enjoy your time at the beach to the fullest. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
