Sehr schönes kleines Appartement in toller Lage

Wir waren für 7 Tage in dieser FeWo.Sie ist insgesamt sehr ansprechend, hell, hübsch eingerichtet und gepflegt. Wir haben uns zu dritt mit unserer kleinen Tochter wohlgefühlt.Sie ist aber wirklich nur für drei Personen, max. 2 Erwachsene, auch wenn es vier Stühle gibt und man auf der Couch sicher auch zu zweit nächtigen könnte.Ein paar winzige Störgefühle gab es. Eins war, dass das Geschirr, außer das Besteck, doch sehr abgezählt war. 4 Tassen, jeweils 3 Teller in 3 Größen, nur 2 Schälchen, Schüsseln (zB für Salat)fehlten. Eins, zwei mehr Teile hätten sich irgendwie besser angefühlt und manches noch komfortabler gestaltet.Zweitens müsste die Terrasse mal von Unkraut befreit werden, sie wirkte nur mittel einladend, drittens ist Duschen mit Durchlauferhitzer gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man keine Temperaturschwankungen mag...Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.Ansonsten kann man in der kleinen Küche eigentlich alles machen, was man so braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Gefrierfach, alles da.Die Couch und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich und wir hatten auch genug Stauraum für unsere Sachen inkl Koffer.Wenn man aus der FeWo kommt, geht es links nach 50m eine (nicht zu steile) Treppe hinunter, man muss per Ampel eine (leider recht viel befahrene) Straße und die Promenade überqueren und schon ist man am weitläufigen Strand.Für kleine Familien oder Pärchen/Freunde ist diese FeWo auf Grund ihrer Ausstattung und der Lage zu empfehlen.

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir eine Ferienwoche an der Ostsee, meist in Scharbeutz. Dadurch können wir die von uns gemieteten Appartements im Hinblick auf Ausstattung, Zustand und Preis gut vergleichen. 2024 waren wir zum 2. Mal wieder in einer Wohnung in der Waldburg. Die Lage direkt am Waldrand ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Strand ist fussläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus Waldburg ist incl. der Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Die in diesem Jahr gemietete Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss und hatte eine kleine Terrasse, die ab Mittags im Schatten liegt. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man für eine Ferienwoche braucht. Den Möbeln sieht und merkt man die langjährige Nutzung in der Wohnung an. Das Bad hat eine Renovierung nötig, die Betten waren recht hart. Der wackelnde Gartentisch war mit Prospekten und Pappe unterlegt…Bei den 2024 wiederum gestiegenen Mietpreisen bitte auch die Gegenleistung im Blick behalten.
