The spacious kitchenette is perfect for cooking and baking. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, and an espresso machine. An ELISA gemstone filter is installed in the kitchen to ensure absolutely healthy drinking water. The separate bedroom features a box-spring bed with two single mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m, electrically height-adjustable) and exterior blinds. When the light in the bedroom is turned off, all electrical appliances in the room shut off. There is a large closet in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower enclosure, rain shower, makeup mirror, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and washing machine. The apartment also includes an ironing board and an iron.
