This two-room apartment in Scharbeutz, designed for two people, is located on the first floor of a two-family home in an upscale residential area in a quiet neighborhood of villas. It features a southwest-facing balcony. An outdoor staircase leads you to the spacious 70-square-meter vacation apartment. It features a living room with a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a desk. Adjacent to this is the dining area, and next to that is a kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom with a shower features a modern design and offers plenty of light through two windows
The spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) also includes a cozy reading nook. The beach is about 300 m from the property (about an 8-minute walk). The beautiful Kammerwald forest, featuring a high ropes course, is 200 m away and stretches all the way to the sandy beach at Timmendorfer. From May 1 to September 15, 2026, a beach chair is included at the beach near Meininghaus. A parking space is available on the property, as well as a lockable bike garage. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
