This exceptionally located 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz offers a magnificent view of the sea from its south/east-facing balcony.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and features a bright living room with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay. The living room is furnished with a dining area for 4 people, a cozy sofa set, and a 43-inch/110-cm smart TV. One bedroom features a double bed (2.0 x 2.0 m with twin mattresses, each 1.0 x 2.0 m) and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is ideal for children and features a bunk bed (each bed measuring 0.90 x 2 m) and a desk. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The small, separate kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven, as well as a DeLonghi coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower, plenty of light, and ample storage and counter space thanks to a large built-in bathroom mirror cabinet. A hair dryer is also provided here. You can enjoy the stunning ocean view from the balcony. While sipping a cozy cup of coffee, you can watch the sunrise or—depending on the season—soak up the sun on the balcony until noon. The balcony is furnished with a sun lounger, a deck chair with a footstool, and a small side table. An ironing board and an iron are also available in the apartment.
You can park your car in the outdoor parking space behind the building. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bicycle parking area are available on the premises.
There is a laundry and drying room. The washing machines are available for a fee. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
As a special highlight, during the 2026 season from May 1 to September 15, a free beach chair will be available to you on the beach section directly in front of the building.

The Berliner Hof apartment building is situated right on the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. The beautifully designed spa promenade, with its dune trail, boutiques, and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. The mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away. Free parking spaces are available for you right at the building.
