Welcome to the Haus Barke vacation rental.

The vacation apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz and offers approximately 50 m² of space for up to three people. The Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with its numerous restaurants, boutiques, and cafés, is just a few steps away, as is the beach.

The bright, modern two-room apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment features a beautiful south-facing balcony with a side view of the sea.

The cozy living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The dining area for 3 people is separated from the living area by the very well-equipped kitchen, which features a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine, and oven. Here you’ll find a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) for up to 1 person, a new internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a digital Bluetooth radio. Books are provided for your enjoyment.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. There’s plenty of space for a small crib between the wardrobe and the door. Winter and summer comforters are provided.

A modern shower room/toilet with a window and a spacious hallway complete the apartment.

The vacation home includes a parking space to the left of the building’s entrance. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the communal bike storage area.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! This is a non-smoking apartment.
