Brilliant location, 1 minute walk to the sea front. Parking included with the cost of the room. Very nice decor everywhere, the wife said it lacked a full length mirror, which is the only criticism we have. Will definitely return.

This is a lovely clean hotel and round the corner from the foreshore..but there are steps going up to front door which not good for my knee..but if your fit I would say this is one of best hotels in Scarborough.

This is a little gem,I stayed in the loft room,sooo clean/ cosy,bed/ pillows comfortable,mugs on the hospitality tray,well placed for the beach/ front/ railway station 10 minutes walk away,Stephen Joseph Theatre 10 mins away,Cafes and Restaurants all close by.There are about 8 steps up to the front if this was a problem for you.I couldn't fault it!Couple who own it were very nice,check in very smooth.

A great little place to stay. Right in the middle of where you want to be with free parking on the surrounding streets. Very friendly place and done out nicely whilst retaining the character of the property. Very quiet with comfy beds. I even got an ice bucket for my milk! Adam is very helpful, putting a fan in the bedroom. Will definitely be back.
