The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides a separate exit to the terrace. Among the 5 bedrooms, 2 are furnished with double beds, 1 features a bed measuring 140 cm, 1 is appointed with a single bed, and 1 comes with a bunk bed capable of accommodating up to 2 people. The property offers 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and toilet, and the other featuring a shower, bidet, and toilet. It is worth noting that one room on the lower floor has a completely separate entrance and is occasionally used by the caretaker, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated areas of the property.
