La villetta, immersa nel verde, è distante circa 4 km dal litorale di Scalea. Al pianterreno soggiornano i proprietari sempre gentili e pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei due appartamenti posti al primo piano. Camera da letto e cameretta, entrambe con aria condizionata, bagno con vasca, soggiorno con angolo cottura e ampio balcone con splendida vista. Zona lavanderia esterna a disposizione dei clienti.Nei pressi della struttura c'è un bar, un tabacchi e una macelleria che offre prodotti tipici locali già pronti. Qualche suggerimento: zanzariere anche in soggiorno in modo da poter lasciare le finestre aperte di notte (evitando che zanzare e gechi entrino in casa), un frigorifero più capiente (con surgelatore) e qualche utensile in più. Una struttura che ci sentiamo vivamente di consigliare Emiliano

Komfortables Wohnen mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wunderschöne Terrasse, alles sehr geräumig. Klimaanlage wäre im Schlafzimmer optimal gewesen (wir hatten eine extrem schwüle Zeit) Gute Küchenausstattung, Auto notwendig, die Hausbesitzer wohnen im Erdgeschoß und waren sehr hilfsbereit und für jede Anfrage prompt erreichbar.
