The Quercia (SBO100) is a 4-room apartment spanning 78 square meters across two levels on the upper floor. On the main level, you will find a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a satellite TV, as well as access to a balcony. There is one room with a French bed, another room with a standard bed, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas range, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The top floor features a room with sloping ceilings, a skylight, and a single bed, along with a separate toilet.

Amenities Included
Your vacation rental comes furnished with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and free WiFi internet access.
