This place is beautiful and the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. The experience of staying this close to the rainforest is unlike anything (though it might not be for everyone - there were some pretty big bugs!). We woke up to the sound of toucans every morning. The drive from here to Parque Manuel Antonio is about 45 minutes and is very easy. Note: unlike most places in Costa Rica we found that said they required a 4x4, this place absolutely requires a 4x4. We could not make it up the hill in our high-clearance FWD, despite our best efforts. The staff was very accommodating though and let us park at the office. Thanks again Luis!

Quiet jungle home

Amazing quiet, lush spot surrounded by jungle. The rooms are separate from the living area, and from each other. Perfect for traveling with older tweens / teens / adults. But younger kids might be afraid to stay by themselves. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. Loved it!

This property overall is amazing!! The staff were amazing in communication and helping with excursions. We were not prepared for the entire property living areas to be outside. The only thing inside is the bedrooms. The living areas are all screened in. Also, be prepared to navigate many many many bugs. It’s Costa Rica so that’s kind of expected but it’s a bit difficult to manage at times. The AC works amazing in the bedrooms! COLD!!!!!!

RENT A 4x4 vehicle before booking this location!!!!!!! Only con I have. Everything else was amazing. The local river and waterfall was amazing. Be aware of falling seeds on the roof from time to time. After second night it becomes normal.

Extremely exciting jungle location (need 4x4). Beautiful river and birds. So unique!! Very friendly and helpful! Plush beach towels a plus. Outdoor showers, might leave some feeling a bit exposed. High end pots and pans were a little difficult to cook with (need non-stick pans). Overall--unforgettable in a good way!!

L’emplacement, en pleine nature, est tout simplement exceptionnel. La location est impeccable, tant par sa propreté que par la qualité des équipements. L’accès se fait par un chemin cabossé et en pente, ce qui renforce la sensation d’être dans un véritable nid au cœur de la nature (un véhicule 4x4 est recommandé). Comptez 10 à 15 minutes pour rejoindre les restaurants, 20 minutes pour le supermarché, et seulement 15 minutes pour profiter d’une plage magnifique.
