They are pet friendly charges me for pet fee thats fine but you are not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room by it's self if you do you get charged another even if they are in their cage i took my dog with us and i would get a text your puppy is crying i would text them its hard to be her when she is with and in our last night i was in the room with her and they text me and said puppy crying i said that am in the room with her and she is sleeping but it was fine for someone else to wake you up at 2am in the morning barkkng they need to be a no pet motel if you can't leave your pet in the room by it's self in a cage she is a good dog you have to give them time to calm down more thaan 5 minutes after you leave the room i will not stay there again like I said if you cant leave your dog in their cage by their self then you should be a no pet motel WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

There was no shower body wash when we got up to take shower. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling tiles. The floors were dirty as they needed to be mopped.

There was a flood in the room in the middle of the night/very early morning (3a-4a). There was no one at the front desk to assist with a room change. The manager called a couple days following check out and stated that, at most, he would reimburse 30%. I have yet to receive the reimbursement. In addition, from my perspective, the reimbursement should be closer to 75% since we did not get any sleep through the night.
