Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the most ideal location near Telfair Square and Ellis Square. Each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bathroom.. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters. View of Broughton Street from the front bedroom and living room. View of Barnard Street from 2nd Bedroom.

​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. The condo was very clean and looked to be updated recently. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a Kroger about a couple miles away, the parking structure was about a short block and a half away. We thought having that parking spot was extremely important because Savannah does not have much parking available on the streets. However, after we arrived we did not need to go back to our car because everything is within walking distance. There are many restaurants, bars, tours and activities within a few blocks of the condo. The host Mary responded within minutes of our inquiries, would definitely recommend this place.
