The service was kind and professional but I had to change room due to alarm system not having a battery. Then, in the next room the fridge suddenly made a hammering noise in the middle of the night and woke up several people in building. Lastly, the doors does not close well behind you and actually gets jammed so it is very easy to miss. Again, your team are kind and professional and made up for a surprisingly poor standard at at IHC. The pictures looks great on your website , but does not compare to what you delivered. I think some upgrades are most likely needed!

Great location and very good for a long stay. Friendly staff. House keeping not very good. The inside rooms feel a little isolated because you cannot even open the window because of lack of privacy. Good basic breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had breakfast on site and a bar available downstairs. Parking wasn't to bad. Definite recommend walking everywhere it is all relatively close. I liked they had choice of pillows soft or firm, and labeled on the pillow case.
