This ground-floor unit features its own private entrance through the back door, as well as access through the shared interior hallway entered from the front door, allowing for easy arrival while still maintaining privacy.

We provide a starter supply of basic essentials.
Primary renter must be 25 years or older and stay on the premises for the entire booking.
The space is dog friendly. There is a limit of 2 dogs max. Dogs are restricted to 50lbs or less. A pet fee is required.

No parties or events allowed at any time.
No extra or unregistered guests — only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or anywhere on the property.
Any evidence or smell of smoke will result in a $250 remediation fee.
Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am and this includes any outdoor area or porch per city and country ordinance.
