Staff couldn’t find my reservation at first check in took some time. Room was clean but very noisy at night. Could hear the neighbors tv on throughout the night. Mail was very close to hotel.

Room was large. Heat/AC worked fine. Linens, carpet, etc., are worn. Dingy on surfaces that see a lot of contact. Located about 10-15 minutes from downtown, a straight shot down boulevards. Lots of shops around. Located next to a mil air base, so helicopters were going low overhead at times, incl. at night. Can't be beat for the price.

Its an older Motel that they are working on improving. Its very quiet and the rooms are not the top notch but, they are decent. The owners are super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and once they finish this will be a very nice place to stay
