The front desk agent was rude and don’t speak English very well I ask for a early check in I waited 3 hours before she let bc she had a very bad attitude she said there hotel don’t offer early check in but they advertised it online and I was sent an email that said they offer early check in. There was black mold in the bathroom
A mayor inconvenience is not to be able to take a hot shower in the morning...notbeven at 10am. It happened to me on both days in which Instayed there. There was not even a mention of a credit fir next time or a rebate for that inconvenience.

The floors were dirty, you could hear the adjoining room neighbors so clearly, and the hotel was in a sketchy area It looks like it’s attached to an abandoned building
We had Buggs in the room and nobody picked up the trash and couldn’t get 1 extra towel. Paid for a pool and the pool was out of service. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We had many things wrong with our room. Some of these things being a broken tv, broken bathroom door, a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guests, smelly room, overall not very clean, and were only given two towels for four people. When we asked the front desk for two more towels, we were told that they were low on laundry and that we would have to share. The shower was also cold and would not get warm.
They gave me a filthy room and they had to change it to a different one. The second room started blowing hot air around 10-11 pm. It was 80 degrees summer night. The AC wouldn’t even stop heating the room. Went to the front desk, there was a sign saying they’ll be back at 7 AM. Had to leave the hotel around 1 AM and booked a different hotel. Now they are refusing to refund me. I’m hiring a lawyer to sue them. It’s not about the money, it’s about fairness and that they shouldn’t be in business.
