High speed WiFi, a dedicated office space, a loft style third bedroom, a full kitchen, a sunroom, and a full size washer and dryer. Dog friendly, with a fenced backyard.



Walmart and Sam's Club are a short drive away.



The Space:

Ground floor: a master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk in closet.



Two more bedrooms each have a queen bed, including a third bedroom with a cozy, loft style feel.



Two full bathrooms serve the home.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and dishes needed for meal prep. A dedicated workspace with a desk sits in the living room. A bright sunroom offers extra space to relax, and a full size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Getting Around:

Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive, and Tybee Island Beach is about 25 minutes. A car or rideshare is recommended to reach either.



Other Things to Note:

No-shoes policy inside the home. Please leave furniture, decor and game consoles in place. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors; please use the provided outdoor ashtrays if you smoke outside. Dog friendly: hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds, with a pet fee of 50 dollars per dog per day. No cats, reptiles, birds, fish or snakes.

Property is located in a beautiful area of Savannah and convenient to any of the major attractions. House is very comfortable with many updated features. Great fenced in back yard the puppies love. Recommend this property to anyone coming to Savannah.
