Luxury New Modern Townhouse With Parking Spot!

Newly constructed townhouse with a private reserved parking spot! This gorgeous house is steps from the major downtown grocery store, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and under a mile to the River. Your group will enjoy a gourmet high end kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and eat at home.

​​​​​​​This home has a private back courtyard, private full size laundry machines, beautiful modern bathrooms and designer furniture with local art throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 has two Twin size beds Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed. Those bedrooms share a full bathroom with combo tub/shoer, conveniently accessible to both bedrooms as it is located off the hallway.

The living room has a Full size pullout sofa bed (linens provided). The home allows a maximum of 6 adults as of 2018 but accommodates extra children, please inquire to ensure this is a good fit for your group.
Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! Rental had everything we needed. It was located in a prime spot making it easy to explore the city. It was clean, quiet and relaxing, not to mention beautifully decorated, too!

Our family of 3 stayed here three nights and the place is amazing. The fresh ground coffee provided was my favorite to get me moving in the morning. The free parking spot was a HUGE benefit.

Stayed there for a long weekend to go see the Savannah Bananas and was a short drive to the field. Having a dedicated parking spot was a nice perk. Close walk to Kroger and Forsyth Park. House was clean and perfect size for our group of 5. It's probably about a mile from Bay St, so we usually ubered to get to downtown, but they were pretty cheap. My last night there one of my tour guides said there was a free uber service called Downtowner, so i would maybe look into that. All in all, great spot for a Savannah get away.

Beautiful Savannah Condo

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo, the location was perfect, the condo was spacious, decorated beautifully, and met all our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Savannah and we would definitely stay there again!
