This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.

This place was comfortable and convenient. The property is in an old house, and there isn’t a straight edge in the place. If funky is a problem for you, this will be difficult. But it is in a great location and has off-street parking. However, it is downstairs, and if there are upstairs neighbors, you will hear every footfall. Our first night there was great; the others, there was a group upstairs (we speculated a family with kids there for a sports event?). They ran up and down stairs and stomped around until 3 am and then were up again at 7. We heard everything. If you bring earplugs, probably not a big problem.

The host seemed welcoming even though we message each other before my arrival. The amenities were great except a minor fixture issues that I mentioned in my previous message after leaving the house. Really enjoyed staying here. 30 mins walk into town takes you through some of the oldest neighbourhoods and squares. Savannah is beautiful.
