The elevator did not work the four days we stayed there. The neighbor indicated that the air conditioning in his unit was not working. Needed to turn on both the hot water in each of the sinks to get ample hot water.

I absolutely loved the Jules! It was clean, the a/c was nice and cool, the soap products in the bathroom were so awesome, I bought some after I got home! The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was the elevator did not work for our entire stay. Lugging a 48 lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun and I’ve got knee problems.

Perfect location, home away from home!

A step back in time with modern day amenities. It’s a definite WOW factor walking through that door. Honestly, I would live there in a heartbeat, minus the noise from the bar behind us. Now I see why you have earplugs available! But I had a sound machine that ended up drowning out the noise for most of it. We are definitely looking forward to a return. Bed so cozy, shower so powerful, living area is peaceful!

Kasa Jules nicely blends historic charm with comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully updated. Location is perfect for walking around while being surrounded with rich historical history. Its the kind of place you leave hoping to return some day soon.

Poor customer service

A beautiful, updated apartment walking distance from all the attractions historic downtown Savannah has to offer. Unfortunately our experience was marred by extremely poor service and complete lack of basic customer service. On the 2nd night of our stay, the bedroom smoke alarm went off at 5AM and we promptly reported it about 9AM. A staff arrived an hour later to change the battery. When we got back to the apartment that night, we were greeted by the piercing beeping of the smoke alarm and we reported it again around midnight. Customer service responded by 3AM that they will look into it. Nobody showed up in the morning. We followed up multiple times during the day & finally got the response to remove the battery ourselves. The ceiling is about 12ft high with no ladder available. I ended up moving a shelving unit under the alarm and my wife climbed up to remove the battery. We reported the unsuccessful attempt and asked to be moved to another unit as a 2nd sleepless night was unacceptable. There was no response till 11:30pm by then too exhausted to move & slept on the floor in the living room area. For compensation we were offered a $30 gift card. This is simply disrespectful, not a way to treat your guests. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place as the management company is not prepared to handle a basic maintenance situation. We were “lucky” it wasn’t a gas leak or malfunctioning faucet. Lastly when my wife climbed the shelf, she was greeted by a used sanitary pad.

Most beautiful place to stay!

We arrived and a very nice young lady greeted us and helped carry our luggage in. We stayed in the grand Jade room which has to the most beautiful, elegant hotel we have ever started in. The high ceilings, piano, fireplace, modern full size kitchen, and decor are all stunning. The bed was very comfortable. The large dual head shower was amazing and the mini-apartment even had a washer and dryer.

Beautiful property and great spacious room in fantastic location. Parking and noise were only issues. Parking can be solved by buying a 2 day pass at the Parking and Mobility office off of Bryant Street. There is street parking subject to availability. Also it is in a fantastic location on Bull Street right on one of the prettiest squares. But there is a LOT of street noise late at night. They do provide ear plugs as I am sure they know. It was surprisingly spacious and clean. A lot of these homes at 100+ years old so it is part of the experience!

Beautiful property in a safe area. We stayed in the Sapphire Suite. The unit was clean and quiet. The mattress was comfortable. We did have to use our hot spot to watch tv bc the wifi was spotty but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Elevators were working well. We had no problem finding parking on the street nearby. It’s very centrally located and we were able to just park the car and walk everywhere. The only issue we had was the fire alarm. It started chirping and the ceilings are too high to get to the alarm yourself. We called the provided help number and someone came with a ladder within 20 minutes to fix it. Excellent place to stay when visiting Savannah!

This was the most excellent stay. Perfect location, the room was gorgeous and had everything you needed. I was terribly disappointed that when we asked to check out one hour later due to our flight time, I was asked to pay $25 even after confirming that the room wasn’t even booked. After such a great stay that left a sour taste in my mouth. What happened to customer service?

Wonderful space and location

The location was perfect and a convenient walk to coffee, restaurants, shops etc. The space was quite large and perfect as a couple to relax and spread out with more amenities than we ended up using. We would definitely book again if back in the city.

Magnificent property with easy virtual access and an amazingly clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable unit. Every necessary and expected convenience was in place and the luxurious bedding, bathroom and overall square footage was a plus. Although we did not use the fully equipped kitchen it was nice that it was available if we had chosen to.
