The room wss NOT accessible so we gad to change. The "free" breakfast was only for 4 items. I was tild that since we booked through a third-party, they would have to get permission to change us to an accessible room. Not impressed with your service. I booked with you. You should have made sure we had a walk-in shower. That’s what we paid for.
