There were dead roaches on the floor; dirty towels laid out for guests; no tv service; the bed spreads had multiple cigarette burns; the room(s) spelled strongly of cat urine; the front office spelled like straight septic tank waste; the furniture furniture was raggedy and outdated... I feared for my life! I came in town for a wedding and didn't want to inconvenience my daughter, who lives in the on campus apartments at SSU. When my daughter saw the conditions of this place, she flat out told me that I wasn't staying here!... I went and stayed with her, instead. Beware of this place! If you have to stay here, bring bulks of Lysol, plastic gloves, face masks, and Febreeze!... Be on the lookout for chalk outlines. I could have sworn that some people may have died up in there! This is not a very inviting place to stay!
