Have fun with your favorite love ones at this very stylish and elegant pad. This condo is breathtaking and relaxing once key turns walking through unit entrance. The artsy luxurious style was inspired by "SCAD" Savannah College Art and Design. Savannah has a very rich culture of style and grace that we can extend to all our guess with love.

This condo is great for travel workspace and stay. Kitchen is ready for cooking on the go and laced with fresh Starbucks coffee along side with creamer. Bar area is set for all your brunch and dinner engagements. All your plates, glasses, and bowls are located inside of kitchen cabinets. While approaching the living room area you will capture the awesome views of the pool and grill side. Sofa can be adjusted by pulling up then push back softly into a bed for lounging comfort. Plus we have a fresh pillow and fresh linen for this area located in our washer and dryer closet beside the bathroom. Bedroom is nice and cozy filled with love glancing at poolside from bedroom window. Towels are laced at tip of beds and bathroom as well for all our guest. Check out our contemporary spacious bathroom that is very delightful with washing soap, toothpaste, and make-up rags. We also have an amazing indoor gym to get your traveling exercise in before breakfast or after dinner preferences.

Quiet neighborhood that is very jogging, walking, and dog walking friendly. Historic district filled with hidden gems with original architecture designs on homes and buildings. 3 minute walking distance to Kroger grocery store that also have a Starbucks inside of it. Vegatarian and vegan options are near by walking distance The Haunt, Fox & Fig Cafe, The Sentient Bean, and Hungry Vegan 8-10mins. Furthermore we have all the best restaurants and places to go recommendation guide we send you right after booking with us.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

The stay was absolutely marvelous and we had no issues. Very very clean and very stylish. 10/10 would recommend!! the host was very helpful. Will for sure be staying here again when we take another trip to Savannah.

We booked and paid to stay here 3 months before the date. I reached out to the host 3 times leading up to the stay. The host never responded. The host cancelled on us the morning of our arrival. Stay away from this property.

Booked in February/host cancelled on us 2 hours prior to arrival time on April 26th!!

We booked this property for SCAD Parents Weekend in Feb of 2024. The host cancelled our 2 night reservation 2 hours prior to check in and arrival time on April 26th while we were traveling there. VRBO helped us find a hotel room for one night but not the second night. This was very inconvenient for us.

The owner cancelled 18 minutes before we got there

I emailed the owner the morning of our arrival asking for check in information. They did not respond until 18 minutes before we were supposed to check in and they informed us they had double booked with another application and would be refunding the money in 15 days. Totally unacceptable.

"Host" canceled our reservation 1 hour prior to arrival

We booked this property a month in advance to celebrate our one year anniversary. The address was sent but no access instructions a coupe days prior to our arrival. When we asked for this information we were emailed a response less than an hour to checking in that our stay was canceled due to the property being double booked. I called the "host" who answered and hung up on me. I have all the documentation to verify this from CC charge, emails and messages. The property owners incompetence is unacceptable, BEWARE.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

We booked and paid in full December 30, 2023 for 2/16. On the 16th, I reached out NUMEROUS times; VRBO messaging and texting with no response. Shortly after 3pm on the 16th, we were notified that he had double-booked. We were refunded our money and received NO apology. Meanwhile we are stuck in Savannah without a place to stay... with ZERO notice. It seems his oversight in "double-booking" would have come to his attention in the two and half months that we had booked and paid for the property.

DO NOT BOOK HERE

If I could give zero stars I would. As other reviews have shown, I reached out the host several times over 2 months from our stay with absolutely no response. I reached out multiple times the week of our trip asking how we access the property as nothing was sent to me. I reached out again when I was 3 hours away from Savannah, and I get an email that the reservation was “cancelled due to booking on another platform”. Seems like something that could have been told to me considering I had been reaching out for 2 months and it was shown as available. If you can’t keep up with posting on multiple platforms, then just DON’T. Honestly I don’t understand how Vrbo even allows him to still be allowed to rent out on their platform.
