The room had a few issues! Body wash was detached from the wall, remote to tv did not work and the bed was hard! Ordered food from downstairs, took 50 mins to get it due to the fact that I was told the cook didn’t know how to make a margarita pizza! The food tasted horrible . The pizza was trash, the wings were so hot flavor wise they burnt the mouth and the fries were way too seasoned! Front desk Service was great, especially valet and Dwight!

There were a lot of things broken in the room. No one came to clean the room during our stay. We asked for towels and new controllers and had to call several times and eventually found a housekeeper on our floor to get towels because no one ever came to deliver them

I stayed Dec 24th and left on the 26th. Staff was friendly, however, on December 25th, the afternoon staff had curlers in her hair, which seemed inappropriate for the front desk. When i was leaving on Friday the front area, indise the hotel reeked of pot. Room was relatively clean, some type of stains on the bathroom wall. The soap dispenser in the shower was emtpy. Poor experience with this hotel overall. Will not stay here, nor recommend it to anyone

The room was well-organized and clean, the breakfast met our expectations, and the location is conveniently situated within walking distance of downtown attractions. However, we were given a room that overlooked the street, and the noise from the road as well as the valet service staff in front of the building was quite loud, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

I was caught off guard of a $50/night valet stay. The front desk attendant wasn’t very polite and was rushed, the walls were terribly thin, and could hear most of everything going on in the hall and doors opening and closing down the hall. The location was convenient to the civic center, and old town trolley, but that’s about the only good attributes I can list.

Here for a cocert at the Savanna Civic center across from the hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing we lacked was room service, and we were surprised that parking was in the city garage, but it was nearby and reasonably priced.
