They gave us a key to another persons room. We checked in walked up to the room they assigned us and opened the door to find someone getting changed. We came down to tell the staff and all they could say was oops there wasn’t supposed to be someone in there. then proceeded to assign us a diffrent room like nothing happened

Have a service animal could tell front desk didn’t like that Put us across from house keeping where it was noisy. We left a day early because they said dog barked constantly which wasn’t true! Did not feel comfortable there. If you have a service dog don’t stay at Country Inn and Suites on White Bluff Road in Savannah Georgia
