Fast check in and check out. Room was good and spacious for the price. Rating is not a five because when I call to ask for when the pool and hot tub was closed. A time was given and it was the reason why we decided to come there. When we got there the front desk person told me the hot tub was not working and the pool was not recommended. We were disappointed

Their rooms were very nice. But sadly enough. The hot tub was colder than my tub. In the room, I bright it up to the staff. They said they reset it. And the next day I came to check it and it still was just lukewarm. And never warmed up

Paid $102.33 with my company credit card through my Hotels.com app that I’ve never ran into an issue using before. The receptionist, an older lady, behind the desk ran into an issue checking me in so I had to charge my company credit card about another $90 something dollars, again. I say $90 something because I never received a receipt for the second room, which I will be asked for. To make matters even worse I was denied a refund for the first room, $102.33, the room the receptionist couldn’t check me into for whatever reason….
