After showing the service dog ID tag, I was questioned what my problem was. I don’t think this was allowed or appropriate. I will never come back to this hotel. I travel five to six times a year using Brunswick or Savannah as my stop. I have never been questioned before.

The property was nice and a nice area but the rooms were a little run down and smelled sour. The pictures showed nice floors and no carpet when we got into our room we immediately turned around and asked for a new one due to the overpowering smell of sourness.They were accommodating and gave us a different room.

The continental breakfast was inedible and the cleaning staff entered my room even though I had the do not disturb placard on the door handle. I wasn’t in the room at the time but they walked in w/o knocking on my family in another room with the do not disturb sign on their door. The toilet was about a foot off the floor and the tank was loose to the point it would leak if you touched it.
