Will be staying at this hotel again! Very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. We had an issue with our room key, but the hotel staff was so accommodating in moving us to a different room, which I believe was nicer than the one I booked!

The room was clean and the property was well maintained. It was close to Savannah and Tybee but affordable since there was about a 20 minute drive. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants. We felt very safe in and around the property.

We had a wonderful experience at City Express by Marriott Pooler Savannah. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of convenient parking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and that our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to customer service made a great impression on us. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the staff for making our visit such a pleasant one!

This place was terrible. Smelled of mildew EVERYWHERE, musty, room was not clean when we got in, under the sink were previous guests towels, food in fridge. No way this place was just renovated. Breakfast was not as advertised at all.

This was not a good stay our room wasn’t ready when we got there we couldn’t check in until 6 an was supposed to at 4 …we found blood on our sheets they was still cleaning our room when they gave us the key to go to the room and one of our room didn’t have air I was hot an miserable talk to the lady at the front desk she said she was gone give me Marriott points an take 50 dollars off each one of my rooms an its 4 days later an we haven’t received anything I will not be going back there an I don’t recommend nobody to stay there the lady act like she was gone do so much an didn’t do NOTHING!!!! Only thing good about our stay was checking out

Rooms were clean, however we had to switch rooms when we got there because the previous guest in that room had their belongings locked in the room due to the card reader malfunctioning. I was told this was because the hotel recently changed ownership so they were changing out all the door systems. Breakfast was included, however it was very limited.

When we arrived the room was clean but our fridge freezer was completely filled with frost. The air conditioner was not very cool. Housekeeping attended to our bathroom but not the rest of the room throughout the duration of our stay. Parking was very nice. We did use the indoor swimming pool which was good.

They don’t have wipes or anything to clean equipment in the gym and it was noticeable. Breakfast was very limited. They clean your room after your stay is over, not during. My shower made an high pitch noise when the hot water was on. Outside of this, the staff was very kind and maintenance was helpful.

Overall a sleepless night ended up with good breakfast and good shuttle service to Airport. Good Points: Breakfast was good, staffs were cooperative, Airport shuttle service was very helpful. Even they hired an Uber for me when the assigned vehicle was not available. Areas of improvement: Room assignment and management- I was assigned a room (325) which was not cleaned. Balloons all over the room, open coke can, trash etc. Assigned another room (323) room was clean but with no curtain. Full lights were coming whole night made me awake the entire night. 3rd floor hallway smells moldy, lack of temperature management in hallway.

The property needs to be updated. We booked under the impression it was Best Western Premier with breakfast and while we were there it changed to City Express and they had no breakfast and coffee was cold. The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because the staff was great and I know it was not there fault.

I wished I could relate this hotel a 0 the worse stay ever the pool was not fit to stay in big roaches running across the room freezer was frozen housekeeper woke me up and ask if I needed sum I told her what I needed never got them had to go get it my self would not recommend this hotel to no one. It was awful. I paid too much money for it to be like this breakfast was terrible.!!!!

I wish I had read into the reviews prior to booking. I took the Marriott name and thought it would be fine. Just one night on the way to Disney. Lesson learned. First the pool. Not so good. It was very dirty and we found a couple large roaches and a large centipede. The door to get into the pool was broken. The elevator was questionable and didn’t smell very clean. The stairwell was worse. Just felt very dirty the entire time. Ice machine did not work on floors 2 or 3. Overall not what I expect from a Marriott. It is my understanding they just acquired the property. So maybe in time it’ll improve. The front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. No complaints about the staff.
