From the moment I arrived, the toilet was clogged for three days. My husband had to keep unclogging it, searching the reception desk for the unclogging tool. Incredible! Expedia charged me for the stay, then the hotel charged me again, and I paid double. I'm still waiting for my refund. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was supposed to call me on Monday, and today, Friday, I'm still waiting. It was an unbelievable weekend. I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this time they went too far.
