The Space:
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of an 1860 historic building on Broughton Street. The 1,272 square foot unit has original hardwood floors throughout and original exposed brick in both bedrooms.
Living room: A comfortable couch, a large smart TV with Roku, and a desk area.
Master bedroom: A king bed with blackout shades, a sound machine and air purifier.
Guest bedroom: A queen bed with a sound machine and air purifier, exposed brick, and a Romeo and Juliet balcony (kept closed to keep restaurant smells out).
Bathroom: One full bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink vanity.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, plus a drip coffee maker.
Laundry: A free washer and dryer in an in-unit laundry nook.
Conveniently located above the Savannah Bee Company and Coffee Fox, with Jepson Center for the Arts, Lafayette Square, and City Market all an easy walk away.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the apartment and all of its amenities using the provided codes. The building and apartment codes are sent at 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Guests are not allowed to enter the premises prior to the approved check-in time.
Internal doors with electronic locks lead to storage closets; please do not attempt to open.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment sits in the heart of downtown Savannah's Historic District, above the Savannah Bee Company and Coffee Fox. Walk to area shops, restaurants, museums and galleries, including Jepson Center for the Arts, Lafayette Square and City Market.
Mrs. Wilkes Boarding Room is a short walk away, along with 700 Drayton and Crystal Beer Parlor. River Street and City Market are a short walk, and Forsyth Park is only blocks south of the apartment.
Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to see downtown. Uber and taxis are a quick, inexpensive way to reach any downtown attraction, and the free DOT trolley runs every fifteen minutes through the Historic District.
If you drive, street parking is typically $2 an hour and free from 8 PM to 8 AM (hours vary slightly north and south of Liberty Street, see house rules). Whitaker Street Parking Garage is two blocks away ($16/day); a visitor parking pass is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Stairs: 25 steps to the 2nd floor apartment entrance. Some city noise is expected given the downtown location; the apartment has upgraded CitiQuiet window panels, noise-dampening curtains, sound machines and earplugs for light sleepers.
House rules in short: 4 guests maximum, minimum age to book 21. No pets. No smoking indoors (outside smoking permitted in designated spots with provided ashtrays). Quiet hours 8 PM-8 AM. Events must be coordinated with the host in advance. Keep the thermostat between 70F and 74F during your stay.
Before arrival you will complete a short check-in form and ID verification in the Guest App.
