The home was not prepared for guest. Says its poolside pool hasnt been used or maintained in months. Which is not disclosed in listing. Rat droppings and left over food in cabinets, cook ware was dirty from previous guest and had to be washed before use(also had to buy dish liquid), pubic hair in mastef tub and on floor around the tub.. broken shutters inside home, cloaet doors hanging off, loose boards on back deck which caused my son to fall down multiple steps...the owner is impossible to get in contact with. The paperwork inside says its a Patriit Family home...it isnt...It belongs to a company called Casago Savannah...i immediately started trying to contact property owner immediately upon arrival about all the issues and it took me well ovef 48 hours to reach the right company..then the absolutely ridiculous run around began and didnt stop. I was told someone would call me, i never received a call ..period...i was told someone would be coming out to look at all the mess and damage , noone evef came. My stay was 4 days. I requested a refund and received 30% back of the nearly 1K i spent for it..not to mention the neighbors are drunks and cuss at children...i would never have rented it had i known the pool was out of service, or that the property is not kept clean. These are just a few issues..i also washed all bedding before we used it...and when we stripped the bed there was a huge urine stain on the mattress..this place is disgusting..AND A RIP OFF
