Too cold to swim. Strong musty smell. I think a dehumidifier would be good. The mattress in the small room sank in the middle and felt like I was sleeping on a slant. The property was clean but the cleaning charge was excessive.

My wife and I visited Savannah with our 8 month old daughter and this was a perfect spot for us. Having the pool was a great additional treat along with close location to Forsyth Park for walks. The pack n play was also great to have. We would book this property again!

Stayed here in May for a girl's trip (3 of us). Great location, short walking distance to the grocery store and Forsyth Park. It is about a mile to walk to the main area of town.The house is a bit quirky but fit our needs. The front bedroom is quite large and has a king bed. The living area had a couch and two chairs (one turned into a twin size pull out- and I have to say it was comfy- and this is coming from a 49yr old, not a kid). There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The second bedroom is at the back of the house and that is also how you get to the main bathroom (with the only shower) and the outdoors. My two friends said the beds were not that comfortable and possible need updated mattresses. The house itself is older (1823) and could use some repairs. In the kitchen part of the ceiling is drooping down, the microwave above the stove does not work- but there is a microwave on the counter. I had to look under the bed for my ChapStick that rolled under it (floors slope a bit) and it was very dirty/dusty. The baseboards had layers of dust on them. With a good cleaning it would shine! Now the best part-outdoors! Your own private balcony with a table and four chairs. The shared space has lounge chairs, picnic table with umbrella and a wonderful pool. It is the perfect place to relax. While I was outside, I met the "pool guy" who did a great job of cleaning it (and keeping it clean) from the storm that came through the previous week. Would I stay here again, yes!

Nice Vrbo!

Home was nice and it’s in a great location for walking and seeing the area. It’s also a close driving distance to other great attractions! Although we did not use the pool, it’s very nice and well maintained… great space for just relaxing!

Girls Trip

We stayed here for our girls trip to Savannah and it was perfect. Plenty of space for all four of us, nice large kitchen, and we loved having the pool out back. In my opinion it is the perfect distance from downtown, close enough to walk but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the traffic or difficulty finding parking. Having the Kroger right next door was also super convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay…

House was easy to find. Street side parking was good as long as you got home early. Alley parking was good also. Kids loved the pool and didn’t mind that it was cold lol. Everything was great. Only negative was there were no washcloths but we made due using the hand towels so no biggie. We went for St Patrick’s Day so it was within walking distance to the parade. Host were available to communicate with and provide information.

Weekend in Savannah

Quaint property with historic charm. Close to parks and a short Uber ride to the historic riverfront area with restaurants, shops, and bars. Had all the necessities for a weekend with friends. Didn’t have the chance to use the shared pool area, as the weather was cool. Would recommend.

Amazing historic condo with pool

This quaint older condo built in a historic 1800s home was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for a girls trip. David the propery owner responded quickly when there was any issue and fixed it promptly. We loved the place so much we stayed in 2 of our nights for game nights and dinner at home. We wished it wasnt so cold and we could of used the nice pool/patio area out back. We plan on bringing the guys next time we book at the Ampersand Inn!

Savannah is a great city! It is a very old city so the buildings are all very old as well. This was a very well kept old home turned into a few condos. It had everything we needed and was cozy for our girls get away. We did not go out walking in the neighborhood at night as suggested by several Uber drivers due to the neighborhood but during the day we felt very safe walking.

Couples getaway

Couples get away for a long weekend is what brought us to David’s place! We enjoyed the location, Kroger (with Starbucks) and Dollar Tree within block and 1/2. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Savannah but very convenient at the same time. House is a perfectly cute. We cooked breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen. The only full bath is off back bedroom but nice bathroom. Half bath is in the from entryway. Pool is the cutest off the back porch! Thank you David for the wonderful housing!

Little Getaway

The condo was very close to Forsyth Park. It was very nice with a pool. My parents said the bed in the Master bed room was uncomfortable but other than that it was very nice. My bed was very comfortable. It’s a perfect place for younger people but it had some steps in the house that were hard for my parents to get around. I do not recommend for older people but for a younger group or young family it’s perfect. I felt safe and I loved the back porch and swimming pool.

Best stay yet. Been to Savanah 5xs in the last two year's and this home was by far the best yest.

Clean well stocked home. We went for the old history of Savanah and the house was perfect. Great location to downtown . The pool was an extra plus.

Family visit to Savannah

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was nice, the location convenient to all tourist attractions and a Kroger store, The outside lounge area and pool added a bonus to a long day of walking.
